On September 9th, I began my new Youtube project: Unplugged Tokyo. The theme of the channel is to distribute acoustic sessions of Tokyo based musicians shot on rooftops around the city. New videos have been coming out every Friday at 6PM JST.
There were a few inspirations behind creating the channel. Of course - back in 2012-2014 with 7bitarcade - I used to go to music festivals around England and shoot acoustic sessions with bands. That is something I've always wanted to do here in Japan too and finally I had the opportunity.
I'm currently shooting artists for free, so if you are based in the general Tokyo area and would like a free acoustic video, then absolutely get in contact.
